You maybe might already know designer Ashley Zhang, as her designs have been seen in magazines such as Vogue, Brides, The Zoe Report, and many more. When I think about Ashley’s work, I see all things white and pastel-colors, all things soft, sweet and feminine. But also desire and classic beauties. She puts a modern twist on antique pieces which you only but can adore. Ashley also does custom work and can create the ring of your dreams. That’s what happened when recently one of her clients reached out to her. She finished making a custom Quinn ring last month, which is a little bit larger than its original design and in all platinum without pavé. The client proposed with this ring and she sure said yes. So congratulations to the happy couple!
Standard Quinn – Jeanne – Adela
“The client loved the Quinn, The Jeanne ring, and Adela Engagement ring. After trying all the options on she felt the Quinn fit her style the most. She wanted something that felt traditional but also unique and easy for her to wear every day. We decided to make it in platinum without the pavé, to simplify the design. Because this is her engagement ring we wanted to make the diamonds a little more substantial than our standard Quinn diamond size.” – Ashley on the designing process.
Ashley: “We went back and forth between two options, either only making the center diamond size larger, or making all the diamonds in the layout larger. After seeing the diamond layouts we all agreed that making all the diamonds larger was the best look.”
