I’m so excited to share with you about this gorgeous custom engagement ring by Andy Lifschutz. Andy’s work is beyond incredible and I’m definitely a fan myself.
His creations are so unique, organic, modern and I adore his use of colors wether it are colored gems or enamel touches. Want something very unique and are you looking for a designer at the moment, Andy might be your man!
But let’s go back to this beautiful engagement ring…
Andy made this gorgeous piece for one of his friends, Sara Paulsen, who by the way is a celebrity stylist in LA, and the fashion editor for a new lifestyle magazine called End Paper. She is a self made industry leader, building her creative worth and portfolio on the daily.
The custom designed prongs, the ‘glass ceilings’ of baguette diamonds on each side of the center stone, and the Red Enamel inlay that matches her favorite nail color. The entire piece was an original design that I created with Sara in mind. – explains Andy about Sara’s ring.
I personally love how he incorporated her favorite nail color. Such a unique twist to it. And it’s also a very personal detail. The design has somehow an eclectic Art Deco feel about it.
The marquise ring is made of solid 18k Yellow Gold and set with a stunning 1.12 Carat Marquee Diamond F color, VS Clarity. It also includes six VS1 Baguette Diamonds on the sides of the piece.
