If you’re a long-time follower, you probably know I have a thing for snake jewelry, for no particular reason.
The Year of the Snake, in the Chinese zodiac, resonates deeply with me. Even though I’m absolutely not a Snake personality – zodiac wise, but I’ve always been drawn to the symbolism and mystique of serpentine shapes. They’re so graceful and captivating!
In Chinese culture, the snake represents wisdom, transformation, and intuition. People born in the Year of the Snake are considered deep thinkers, graceful, and often a bit mysterious. To me, there is something empowering about snake-inspired jewelry. It’s also a tiny nod to transformation – as snakes shed skin aka renewal – and who couldn’t use a reminder of their inner strength?
We all get caught up in our routines (guilty as charged!), and snake jewelry feels like a small nudge to pause and reflect on our inner journey. Why not wear a symbol of renewal and strength to remind us of our potential every day?
