The festive season is officially upon us! With celebrations on the horizon the79th has timed its newest debut perfectly: the launch of their Holiday Collection. This drop features 23 new designs, each crafted in the brand’s signature 18K solid gold and using colored gemstones for the first time. Every piece of the collection is handcrafted in Egypt, with 97% recycled gold.
Most of the pieces have a quiet, refined feel to them. But among these delicate beauties, there is this bolder showstopper : a malachite bracelet that immediately gets your attention in my opinion. Fittingly named The Malachite Empress. With its deep green color and bold design, it’s a piece that really stands out.
The rest of the collection sparkles with its own quiet magic, if I may say so. The Dahlia designs introduce a touch of floral bling, accented either with an emerald or ruby center. Complementing them are a series of stacking rings. Slender bands that are perfect to mix and stack as you please. We like to play with our jewelry, right?
Then there are the dripping necklaces and pendants, which add movement and fluidity to the mix. Each have quite a festive vibe to them. The Confetti necklace, another showstopper, caught my eye right away. All the colors, shapes and its playfulness *adds to wishlist*. The Celestial pendants look good on their own but can you imagine either the emerald or ruby Celestial pendant dripping on your charm jumble???
Altogether, the Holiday Collection feels like a celebration of color, texture, and craftsmanship. It’s offering something for minimalists and maximalists alike. Let’s shimmer into the new year with these pieces!
